Windows 10: Windows 10 Reactivation

Hey There!I recently bought a new motherboard. I had previously had Windows 10 Home installed, the person who reformatted my computer reinstalled windows 10 for me, but I am unable to reactivate my account. I do not have a product key, and installed it remotely. I signed into my account and the like, but it isn't activating. I should have a bought copy of Windows 10 registered on my account. Immediately prior to me buying a new mobo, Windows 10 automatically updated to Windows 11, and then my PC crashed. I don't know if this will mean that the ver of Windows on my account is 10 or 11. I do not

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
