Windows 10: Windows 10 reboot loops, perhaps caused by the updates KB5039865 and/or KB5039299

Windows 10 on my computer Asus H81M-PLUS can't reboot anymore. This failure has begun after installing updates KB5039865 and/or KB5039299 released June 26, 2024, however I cleaned also the registry with the Wise Registry Cleaner and the Norton Utilities Ultimate trial, and moved successfully the WinRE partition directly after the OS partition from the beginning of the disk following https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5028997-instructions-to-manually-resize-your-partition-to-install-the-winre-update-400faa27-9343-461c-ada9-24c8229763bf . • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

Windows 10 update (KB3081424) causing infinite reboot loop. What can I do to resolve. I have photo of registry entries at ""ProfileList", an area that some forums suggest editing will possibly resolve the issue. But no specific info on what to edit and
how. Can't believe my search here at Microsoft Windows returned a No Match Found to my question!!??? Like most people I'm a newbie to W10.
