Windows 10: Windows 10 rebooting when put in sleep or shutdown mode

I'm not here to ask the question but to give a bit of advice. Before you go making a bunch of changes in Windows make sure that in you PC's bios you have Wake on LAN DISABLED. I could have saved myself a lot of time and effort had I just remembered to check this one setting.

It was enabled *Big Grin

So, when i go to start - shutdown and press Sleep is it in Hybrid sleep mode instead sleep?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I suggest you to try running the Power troubleshooter and check.

Run the Power troubleshooter.

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar and without quotes and click on
  Troubleshooting in the results displayed on the top of the window
  
• 
  Click System and Security on left panel.
  
• 
  Click Power, new window will popup.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.
  

If the issue persist, please try the suggestions provided by Mike Hall... always replied on August 10, 2015.
