Windows 10: windows 10 red tint screen problem

Tried uninstalling disk. didn't work. Please help

Red tint on the screen

I spilled tea on my Asus laptop and got the screen with red lines and a blue tint. So, I have the screen replaced. But it helped
partially, because I received a red tint on my screen. Could you help me?

Hello,

I get a slight red tint on my laptop screen after logging in windows.

This red tint does not happen until I put my password and hit enter.

And after logging in, I can see the tint of screen changing from neutral to tint.

What is the fix for this?

Please Help.
