Windows 10: Windows 10 Refund, "Processing" for over a year. May 8th 2020.

Windows 10 Home: Delivery failed - processing refund Refund will be issued within 4-7 business days. This was May 8th 2020. So it's been more then 4-7 business days. I checked my bank statement to make sure it wasn't posted without me knowing. I see the money taken out on May 8th 2020 but it's never returned to me. I've tooled around the order page for a while and it doesn't give me any options for assistance, so here I am, on the forums begging for help because this system is poorly designed. Please give me back my $150 for the product you never delivered. Thanks...

Refund for 1 year of tech support

My bank account shows a $134 charge from MSBILL.INFO for a year of tech support I didn't intend. I do not need this support and want a refund. I have completed the steps for cancelling reoccurring billing on this but it appears the support will continue
until about a year from now and I won't be refunded. Please cancel this support immediately and refund the $134 or tell me who I can talk to to get this done.
