Windows 10: Windows 10 - regular bluescreens "Video memory management error"

In the last couple of weeks I'm getting somewhat regular BSODs called "VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_ERROR". After the bluescreen the system resets and works normally again. It happens at completely random moments, today it happened when I had nothing but a Word document open.


The laptop that I'm using:

Lenovo Legion Y530

intel i5-8300H

GTX 1050Ti

8GB RAM

250GB system SSD + 1TB HDD storage

Windows 10 64bit Home Edition


Everything in this laptop is stock and nothing is overclocked. I added the SSD myself but bluescreens also happened prior to that. Initially it didn't bother me that much because they only happened every few weeks, but I think it's too much now because I lost about 2 hours worth of work today.

Video Memory Management Internal bluescreens

I have been getting multiple Video Memory Management Internal bluescreens for a about a week now. I'm not sure what's changed and I don't know how to fix this. My computer is a Dell G7 laptop.

I suggest you to run Memory Diagnostic tool and check if it helps.

Memory Diagnostic tool is used to detect the possible memory problems.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type Memory Diagnostic in the search area in the task bar and select
  Windows Memory Diagnostic.
  
• 
  Select Restart now and check for problem.

Occasional Memory Managment bluescreens

Hello everyone,
For a few months now I've been having problems with Memory Managment bluescreens. At first the bluescreens would happen when downloading or installing something on my HDD. So I assumed the HDD was broken and stopped using it.
But the bluescreens kept happening, now they would occur during gaming, after like 2-3 hours of playing. The last bluescreen I got happened while idling, with just Google chrome and vlc open. I also had some corrupted files but I think it's just because of the crashes. I already checked my ssd for errors, but everything seems fine. I tested my ram with memtest 2 times and got 0 errors. I ran sfc and DISM succesfully as well.
Appreciate any help with finding the cause of the problem.
