Windows 10: Windows 10 Repairing Disk error screen

Hello everyone,I have many Dell PCs Precision 3430 small with 2 Riad 1 hard disks 1TB- product date 2018, and I have faced many issues and errors when starting Windows on workstations.1- I faced 4 times HD errors but the Raid did not work fine the second HD did not start up, so I replaced HD and pushed the image.2- I faced 6 times the error and when push a new image the windows worked fine without any problem.I can not be sure of the root cause of this issue, i need to know the root cause to solve it, Please i need your adviceThanks

Windows 10 Repairing Disk Errors

There may be a bad sector that has occurred as a result of some changes that were made to the hard drive that’s why repairing disk errors have appeared. Before proceeding to reinstall Windows 10, we suggest that you perform a system restore. This will go
back in time where your computer is working accordingly.

• Insert the media creation tool that you’ve created.
• Set Windows to boot from a drive. You can change the boot priority in BIOS.
  Note: If you need assistance on this step associated with the BIOS setup, you may reach out to the manufacturer of your device for assistance.
• Once the Install Windows screen has appeared, select
  Repair your computer.
• Select Troubleshoot > Advanced option >
  System Restore.

If the issue still persists, we suggest that you run a surface test on the hard drive using ckhdsk command-line.
Chkdsk is a Windows utility that can check the integrity of the hard disk and can fix multiple file system errors. Here are the steps that you can follow:

• Start the system to the installation media for the installed version of Windows.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Next > Repair your computer.
• Select Next > Command Prompt on the
  System Recovery Options.
• Type the command below and press Enter:
  
  chkdsk C: /f /r
  
  Note: This process may take some time to be completed.

Also, a digital license will be allowed if your computer has a genuine Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store and successfully activated Windows 10, bought a Windows 10 Pro upgrade from the Microsoft Store and successfully activated Windows
10 and upgraded to Windows 10 for free from an eligible device running a genuine copy of Windows 7 or Window 8.1. Please see this

Repairing disk error

This issue might caused by a failing drive. For us to isolate the issue, kindly answer the following questions:

• Which Windows build and version do you have?
• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• Which troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Hard Drive Disk Error

It gets to the start of the windows seven loading screen, then it switches to the windows repair loading screen after awhile.

There's no specific error code or message, it just says errors detected and repairs will be attempted.

Or words to that effect.
