Hello, if you wish to address me by my name, call me Jay. I seem to be having the same issue as https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/profile/54b97c70-1d11-44cb-818b-0689167928d8,

and i don’t know if its fixed. I tried actually wiping it! It got stuck at 81% the 1 singular fan for the cpu got really loud and then it shut off, now its stuck in a boot loop. If you’re wondering, it is an Inspiron 3050 or i3050, they were meant to be an htpc or something to browse the web with. I always had issues with updates, i should’ve never got windows 10 in the first place, it only had 32gb ssd storage, 2gb of ram, and a 2 core 2.7 ghz processor i believe. I didn’t have any other issues other than it didn’t have much storage.. I know that someone will suggest a bootable hard drive but i am no where near a shopping center that sells a flash drive and i have stupid like memory and i forget basically everything thats important. Anyways though i have plans for it now, and i need the issue resolved asap. I already tried clearing cmos, and i can get into bios, thats about it.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
