Windows 10: Windows 10 reset bricked my PC - now stuck in infinite boot loop

As the title suggests, my PC is now stuck in an infinite boot loop. It won't even get as far as the windows screen on boot, only as far as the devices logo splash screen, then it crashes to bsod. I can get to the bios, but nothing i've changed in any of the settings corrects the problem.

The only other device I have is a chromebook, and i'm trying to download a copy of the windows 10 media installation disc to create a windows bootable USB. However, the windows site wants me to download it from a windows computer, which I no longer have access to due to the aforementioned bricking from the attempted reset.

I'm not sure what to do now. Any ideas?

Windows 10 Infinite Boot Loop

Any suggestions ? What should i do? My 1st boot priority is already set to cd/dvd but still detects sata device 2 as the dvd

 

Factory reset of windows 10 got stuck. Now in infinite loop

I updated to windows 10 yesterday from 8.1. Everything was working fine. I then decided to do a factory reset. Everything was going fine but it got stuck at 53% for 8 hours. I then hard reset the pc and now it is stuck in am infinite loop where it shoes
the Dell logo (as it always did before going to windows) and then reseting. A very short 20 second loop.

I can get to bios and ran a diagnostic. It showed a X next to harddrive, everything else was good. I am currently making a boot disk to try that but am certain I will loose my authentication code. I have a Dell Inspiring 3520 i5 8GB ram. Any advice or help
is greatly welcome as my computer is now useless. Thanks.

 

Windows 10 Factory Reset Infinite Boot Loop

As you are facing issue with Boot loop, I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below:

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.
