Windows 10: Windows 10 reset broke my SSD?

Hi there!

A few days ago I’ve resetted my MSI GP72 6qe. I chose to fully reset so it took a few hours 5-6. After that the PC reboot but the installation didn’t started because I have deleted all recovery partitions like an *. Then I had to download windows again and make a bootable flash usb to reinstall windows. The problem then was when I had to create partitions my SSD 128 GB just disappeared. I was able to find and manage only the 1TB HDD. So I’ve decided to cancel the installation and looked into BIOS if the SSD is shown inthere and it wasn’t. Next I have installed Windows on the HDD and checked if I can find it in disk management, but that was unsuccesful.

Please help! What should I do?

Method 1: Try updating the Video card drivers and check if it helps.



Follow the steps to update the Video card driver:

• Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand ‘Display Adapters’.
• Right-click on the Video card listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.

Method 2: Try installing the game in Compatibility mode and check.



Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Right click the Game setup file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
• Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.
• Try installing the Game and check.

If still the issue persist then I suggest you to follow the suggestion provided by crazzilla replied on August 3, 2015 from the below link and check if it helps.
