Windows 10: Windows 10 reset fail & ISO not working

Hi so I tried to reset my pc yesterday but the reset failed and now there's 2 OSs on my PC. Neither of them work, the one of the OSs just shuts my computer down and the other gets stuck in a boot loop. I've tried to get Windows 10 setup on my USB from my Linux PC but the media creation tool doesn't work. I had to try and get the ISO on the USB which did work but there's a no device drivers were found error. I've looked at some of the other posts but as I said, the media creation tool doesn't open on Linux. Someone please help!!!

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

I don't recall you mentioning any trouble shooting steps attempted though. At the very least, doing a quick search and checking threads like this very well may have solved it for you. It's listed as compatible on MS' list of games that work with W10 for a reason, because many if not most are able to get it running on W10. At least some level of workaround may be required, but some got it running without doing anything.

Windows failed to reset and it removed windows drive

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to Reset the computer using Windows 10 ISO and check if it helps.

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Troubleshoot.
• In the troubleshoot screen, click on Reset this PC.
• Select the desired option and follow the steps to Reset the PC and check for status.
