Windows 10: windows 10 reset issues , no error

Discus and support windows 10 reset issues , no error in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; every time I have tried to do a windows 10 reset (system came OEM with windows 8.1 it always ends on a black screen with a spinning wheel , no error...     every time I have tried to do a windows 10 reset (system came OEM with windows 8.1 it always ends on a black screen with a spinning wheel , no error message that goes on all day or night. the only things that has changed in the last 11 months is a new graphic came w a GeForce GT 635, new Dell Wireless Keyboard and mouse(they both go off of one Logitech/Dell dongle thing) and added 16 gb ram to the existing 8 installed by OEM all are recognized by windows. should I delete and try and remake a windows 10 recovery partition? or is it the Logitech dongle causing issues?

    I have the same issue. MY Windows 10 is a new OEM install. BECAUSE, last update fried my hardrive. So new SSD Drives, New OEM professional install and SINCE that install, nothing but random shutdowns. Professional diagnostic from a nationally known computer
    center could not find anything. Thought it was a power cord issue. PLEASE UPDATE Windows 10. From the web searches I see Many Many people having this issue. SO, when it came time for my son to go off to college, we decided to buy him a MAC laptop.

    Even though I have an external device with more than 40 Gb capacity and the assistant recognizes it, it still keeps asking me to free 5 more Gb from the (unit Cwindows 10 reset issues , no error :).

    I have 3'62 Gb free memory in (Unit Cwindows 10 reset issues , no error :). It asks me to free 5'63 Gb more. That'll make a total of 9'25 GB. The assistant needs 9'80 GB free memory to update windows 10 without any external device. Does this mean that my external device will only be used
    for 0'55 GB? Please I don't understant anything. I just want my laptop to work. I'd stay with my actual version but it keeps showing me ads, interrupting my work and deleting random stuff because of uninterruptible random updates. It has already freed 3 GB
    and I dont even know where from.

    Some people have noted issues with wireless devices like this- try disconnecting them/use a wired mouse.
