Windows 10: Windows 10 reset recover specific file

Hello everyone, I wish you all a happy new year.

I need to recover a very important file which contains hundreds of bookmarks. It is specifically located at :

“Appdata/Local/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/User Data/Default”

I managed to recover a “preferences” named file from this (Default) folder. It it’s under a “tmp” format. There is no other file inside (Default) named “Default”, this file is in excellence condition. I would have the silly hope this file is the folder that contains the bookmark file I so desperately need.

I don’t know what to do but I’ll keep trying, anyone please help?

What are the best programs to recover a specific file?

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
