Windows 10: Windows 10 reset seems stuck on Network setup. How to fix?

Hi,I tried to reset my laptop by choosing reset all don't keep personal files and with cloud windows installation. After the windows downloaded 3.87gb and started the reset steps, it got to the network setup step. I entered the password for the wifi and now it's stuck on the step shown in the image attached for the last 3 hours.Is this normal? If not, how do I stop this process without harming anything?Thank you,

It’s really unusual that this “Manually connect to a wireless network”
option is missing from Network and Sharing center. In this scenario, we would suggest you to update the Wi-Fi driver from Device Manager. Please refer this
article to update the driver: Update drivers in Windows 10

Windows 10 Networking Issue: After Windows Reset I can connect to network but no internet

Thank you for the update. For us not to repeat the troubleshooting steps you've already performed, could you tell us the troubleshooting steps that you've already performed?

Also, we suggest trying to run the Network troubleshooter to help with your issue. To do that, follow the steps below:

• Type Network troubleshooter in the Cortana search box.
• Then select Identify and repair network problems.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if it fixes the problem.

Windows 10 stuck at resetting this pc 1%

Resetting Windows 10 is an ideal solution for users to fix system problems or software compatibility issues. However, things might get complicated when your PC gets stuck or freeze while resetting. We recommend following these steps to resolve the issue:

• Fix Windows 10 fail to reset issue by hard booting PC and performing a clean reset:

• Press power key for 8-10 seconds to start a hard boot. Do this for three to four times.
• Enter Windows 10 Automatic repair options.
• Try a clean reset from the Automatic repair options.

• Download Windows 10 ISO file and perform a clean install in your PC.

• Download Windows 10 ISO installation file.
• Perform a clean install of Windows 10.
• Try performing a clean reset again.
