    Windows 10 reset stuck, keyboard not working


    I have a HP Pavilion x360 touchscreen, 6 years old, running Windows 10. It's had some problems, and when trying to check the battery I obviously disturbed something else, so most of the keys on the keyboard don't work now. This didn't seem a problem as I can still use it in Tablet mode using the touchscreen.I started doing a factory reset as I'm going to give it away, and it seemed to be going fine, was up to 60% done when I went to work. But I've come home to find it stuck on this screen photo attached. It requires me to press F1 or F2, but the physical keys won't work, and there doesn't
