Windows 10: Windows 10 Reset stuck on 66%

Hi,

As the title refers, I tried to reset my Windows 10 until it got stuck on 66% for a couple of days.

I did found the same question on the web and also here at the forum, but I first wanted to check a few things:

• How does re-installing Windows 10 through a USB stick or an equivalent, will affect my Windows 10 license? Considering the fact that I got my laptop Lenovo Yoga 720 with Windows 10 already installed and therefore I do not have the serial key to activate it after re-installing.

• For some reason, I am not able to access BIOS, which is a big problem if I wish to install it from a media device like a USB stick.

Window 10 Reset stuck at 66%

After upgrading to window 10 i powered on my pc one day and it wont boot completely.

This happens 6 days after i upgraded to window 10.

I try to resetting and it's now stuck at 66% for 4 days running now.

Any help out there will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the assistance with the above guidelines, unfortunately they didn't work for me.

The Computer will not see the media creation tool from the usb , i repeat the process several times but nothing worked.

So i try the Resetting process over again three times and in both cases the process end up at 66%.

That's where i'm now still stuck with %66.

Time duration taken for Reset PC will depend on many parameter like size of files and folder number of partition etc. I suggest you to refer the link below suggested by
Toufikh Ahamad and check if that helps.
