Windows 10: Windows 10 reset with option "clean the drive" black screen?

Hi, I decided to reset my windows 10 computer with the option "Remove files and clean the drive". When it started, it said "Restarting computer" like normal, but the screen went black. Is this normal for a complete wipe?The computer seems to be running as the fans are spinning and some lights are still turned on, as well as my keyboard and mouse. It has stayed like this for over an hour now, but since it is wiping the entire drive maybe wont output any grafics or something like that?I have been looking around a bit, but I cannot find a lot of information on this issue. Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
