Windows 10: Windows 10 reset

Ok i really need help here. After resetting, i went to press esc when asked whether to delete my tpm, and encountered the user profile not loaded that alot of ppl posted too. So now im trying to delete my tpm but cant seem to find a way. Also tried shift restarting with safe mode, and got a white screen, somehow my whole desktop folder doesnt exist, so the only thing i could do was open task manager, i tried doing another reset but this time they dont show me the option to delete tpm. Im stuck in a loop now as all the options i tried finding online doesnt work. I also cant create a new user ca

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
