Windows 10: Windows 10 reset

I recently reset my Dell Inspiron 15 with Windows 10. I told MS Support I wanted to wipe everything & that all I wanted was a fresh Windows 10. So the support specialist got me started on wiping my disk about 15 minutes into wiping the disk he said "if you need further help give us a call" and I asked what about reloading my OS and he told me he had already done that. Not sure how that happens but after the computer finished wiping Windows 10 came up and I started over. Everything went well except for 2 issues. I first installed a local admin account with the expectation of installing a non-admin account as my MS account but after installing my MS account the two I believe became one. I can not find the local account anywhere as far as to access or use however, I have seen it in Event Viewer as part of the User name also when I verified my Windows version it came up but underneath the name it said org name. Anyway I would like to have the local account back. Is that possible? My other issue is that I now have 5 partitions where before I had only 3. Not sure what to do with that or if I should do anything. Anyway thanks for any help.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
