Windows 10: Windows 10 reset

Hi, I have purchased a laptop from UAE at the time I was working there then moved to the UK. Yesterday it didn't want to start the profiles to login the screen becomes blurry but doesnt show the accounts so I decided I will reset the PC.

Doing so, it was too slow. Later when I was prompted to enter the country it didn't accept the country as UK and only proceeded when it was UAE. Now it shows me error message something went wrong in the account and services and it doesnt want to proceed any further.

Any one can help with that?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
