Windows 10: Windows 10 Reset

Hello! My PC HP Laptop - 15s-eq0132au is an year old now and it is a bit cluttered so I wanted to have a clean, fresh installation of Windows 10. I wanted to ask if I reset my PC Options: Remove Everything, Only clear C Drive, Local Install, Don't clean drives, will the drivers and softwares Network drivers, MS Office 2019 Home & Student, Windows 10 Activation that came pre installed with the PC will be gone?
