Windows 10: windows 10 reset

Discus and support windows 10 reset in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; My computer was running very slow all of a sudden, so I decided to do a windows reset.     My computer was running very slow all of a sudden, so I decided to do a windows reset. Now I am caught in a loop as it lets me get to region setting and then displays 'Why did my PC restart?' Every time I click next it eventually brings me back to this screen. I have done this abouty 20 times!! I have also used the auto fix in start up but it asks me for a login password which I do not know. I have also tried to boot in recovery mode but it comes up with another error message.

    Ho do I fix this issue as it is a work computer and I need it to work!

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
