  1. Windows 10 Response Issues after Gaming/3D Process - Hard reset only resolution.

So for a while now (since late March, early April) I've been having and issue where after I am done playing a game (or some process that puts load on the GPU) the computer will start having massive response issues, apps not working properly, apps freezing/locking up, new apps won't launch, etc...

I think it's related to issues mentioned here about KB4541335 as this article came out shortly after I started having the problem. I cannot be 100% sure though for reasons I'll explain below.

I am on the Insider Slow Ring, so I never got this KB. My Windows version lists 2004 (as of time of writing, am on Build 19041.208). When this issue first started happening, the only KB I recall was Optional update KB4552455. I did attempt uninstalling that but it made no difference.

The odd part is, when I am playing a game I have no issues at all. I can alt tab out of the game and use other apps without an issue. However, once I close the game (doesn't matter what game it is) then the issue start right away. Some examples are if I have FireFox open, I cannot load a new webpage or tab, I cannot delete/add bookmarks. If I close FireFox the window closes but the process does not, I then cannot launch a new FireFox.

If I open Task Manager it locks up and states it is not responding. If I try to open Event Viewer it fails to load.

If I try to restart the computer from the Start Menu, I get stuck at a spinning "Restating..." screen forever.

The ONLY way I've found to resolve the issue is to hard reset the computer. Once I do that it works perfectly fine until the next time I play and exit a game.

This issue has persisted through several Windows updates (though no major ones), GPU driver updates and nothing I've done has been able to isolate what started causing it or resolve it permanently.

I'm getting to the point where I'm about to try the built in Windows 10 "Reset this PC" or if all else fails, nuke the install and reinstall the OS from scratch (which I don't want to do as it's a pain to reinstall all my programs.)

Ideas/Thoughts? Anyone else having similar issues?

Question about 3D builder for Windows 10

Sorry for the late response. It should be able to zoom in normally. It is possible that there are bugs on the
3D Builder, causing zoom in issues. Kindly try resetting the
    3D Builder
. To do so, follow these steps:

    • On the search box, search and open Apps & features.
    • Find and select the 3D Builder.
    • Click Advance options.
    • Click Reset.

Let us know how things go.
