    Hello There,


    From some day i have faced a problem using windows 10. suddenly something happen on this device and make blue screen and make a message " your device need to restart we are collecting some error and restart device.


    some error code:

    1. CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

    2. INACCIBLE BOOT DEVICE

    3.STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION etc....


    If you have any solution of those problem please make me help ...

    Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

    Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

    This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

    ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

    Hi Ilya,

    Please answer these questions to assist you better.

    • Do you get same error codes in the Device manager too?
    • Does this issue occurs in other hardware components like keyboard and mouse?
    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Do you get same error when you connect your extenal hard drive to a different computer running Windows 10?

    I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue.

    I suggest you to check in Device Manager and check if you get the same error code. If yes follow link and perform the troubleshooting steps suggested under
