Windows 10: windows 10 restarting hangup

the PC continues to show restarting, but never completes the task of restarting.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Hangup on Windows 10 installation

I suggest you to restart your system and see if that helps.



If the issue still persists, follow the below steps.
Perform Start up repair:

• Insert the bootable media such as (USB or DVD) and Restart your computer.
  
• Press F12 key (typically this is F12, but it can differ between computer manufacturers
• And choose the drive that you inserted the installation media into.
  
• Once the Windows Setup window appears,
• Follow these steps:
  
  a. Click on Next and select Repair your computer.
  
  b. Click Troubleshoot option and select Advance options.
  
  c. Click on Automatic Repair option.
