    Hello,

    I am running Windows 10 Version 2004 Build 19041.508 and am experiencing issues where the PC either suddenly reboots when idle or it simply hangs and the only solution is powering it off. Unfortunately, I don't have any crash dumps. The problems only occur some time after the PC is idle - I can use it for hours and hours and nothing happens, but if I leave it alone for half an hour, it almost surely crashes. I have the feeling that this issues started occurring after installing the Intel Bluetooth drivers. Before that, I was using the drivers Windows installed automatically and had "Microsoft" as driver supplier. I was having some issues with Bluetooth Audio and was hoping that the Intel drivers would fix it (which they didn't), so I installed the latest drivers from the Intel page. The driver shows up as 21.110.0.3.

    Anything else I can help with?

    Windows Update suddenly hangs?

    Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

    I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    System hangs

    Hi,

    Os upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and after upgrade the system hangs when it is idle for sometime. It will be unresponsive and I need to manually restart the Laptop.
