Windows 10: windows 10 rolled back to version 4 problems

First i had problem signing in with my pin and after i changed it and had a restart it rolled back to version 2004 and desktop became different and now i have found the ff problems.


troubleshooting says cannot play 4k videos. hevc codec not installed and audio protect is off, video drivers unsigned and graphics driver issues

multi media player default for videos

normal folders are hidden

pintaskbar problem it cannot be set

no feedback hub found it always ask me to go to app store

photos cannot be edited and no slideshow

cannot install updates


Please help how can to make it function normal again

Your error code indicates that the camera app is unable to create the file, this usually indicates that there is a permissions issue with your currently logged in user being able to write to the "Camera Roll" folder.

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?

Please be informed that, you cannot use upgrade Windows 7 disk to roll back.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to roll back to Windows 7 from Windows 10.

  Type settings in the search bar and click on Settings.

  Click on Update & Security.
  
• 
  Select Recovery from the left pane.
  
• 
  Under Go back to Windows 7 click on
  Get started and follow the onscreen instructions.
