Windows 10: Windows 10 - "Run as Admin" shield not goes away from a .exe ? Bug ?

Discus and support Windows 10 - "Run as Admin" shield not goes away from a .exe ? Bug ? in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; I have this little issue whit my windows 10 home (version 1909 build 18363.778). Look this icon: [ATTACH] Look the "shield" icon on winuae64.exe....     Windows 10 - "Run as Admin" shield not goes away from a .exe ? Bug ?


    I have this little issue whit my windows 10 home (version 1909 build 18363.778).

    Look this icon:

    Look the "shield" icon on winuae64.exe. If i open file -> properties i can see this:

    You can see the "Run as Admin" it's not checked.........
    But because the SHIELD it's not goes away ??

    If i rename the files....... example i rename to "WinUAE-TEST.exe" the shields disappears.
    And another strange things.... whit a name changed if i check the "Run As Admin" on file properties the shield it's not appears.

    How it's works ??

    Can someone explain how i can fix this trouble ?

    running DOS as ADMIN

    I suggested that in post #4 but @bromberg doesn't seem to have tried it yet...

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.
