    Windows 10 Running Super Slow after changing a driver-related setting


    I have a problem with my 2nd monitor attached to an HP laptop blinking on and off intermittently.


    In the process of trying to fix that I found and ran a Windows 10 utility related to updating drivers that I now can't remember how I accessed. The result is my computer is running super slow and 2nd screen still blinks. I do know I accessed it via the CMD line and it launched a wizard type interface.


    Does anyone have any idea what it was that I ran and how I can get back into it and undo the changes or reset things to help my computer run better again?


    This problem worse that the blinking monitor I was trying to fix.

    Super super super slow running Windows 10

    I have a Samsung touch screen computer. I upgraded to Windows 10 a couple of months ago. I have Norton antivirus. A couple of weeks ago my computer started to run slow. I did a "go back to a known good date" reset. worked for a while. then started to slow
    down. Now it takes over an hour from turning on computer to get to google web page. It works, but is super super slow. Do you have a suggestion to try so I dont lose my saved data. I have only got on set up (F8) once on many attempts. Thank you for any help.
