    Why can't my laptop switch from windows 10s to 10?


    I've purchased tools from reputable vendors vendors Dymo Label Maker, downloaded their software to process labels for my business and this 10s will not acknowledge or allow accessibility which I've had to spend extra for a outside source to print my labels!!!


    Should I send my printing bill to Microsoft going forward?


    And to add, I followed the instruction to switch out of 10s mode which I get verbage working on it, however it never switches!!!!
