Windows 10: Windows 10 S1H1 chrashes

I'm using Windows 10 S1H1 on my two Lenovo laptops. On my G500, Windows will all of sudden just quit working when I'm running an app like Edge. I can see the data on the display but you can't get anything to respond. I can't close the browser, I can't access Task Manager, I can't open the Start menu, nada. After a few minutes of frustration, I'll try to use Cntrl/Alt/Delete, and if it opens, I sign off. Then, if I'm lucky I can sign back in and get it restarted. Most times this doesn't work and have to use the power button and shut it down, wait a few minutes, restart and reboot the laptop. W
