Windows 10: Windows 10 says c: is dirty

Discus and support Windows 10 says c: is dirty in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; ran fsutildirty query c: reported volume - c: is dirty. i restarted the system several times, it still gives me the same error....     ran fsutildirty query c:

    reported volume - c: is dirty.

    i restarted the system several times, it still gives me the same error.
