Windows 10: Windows 10 scratch off wont scratch off and i am confused

My windows 10 product key cant be reached due to a pink film over the top of it, i have tried scratching it off but it wont work, i have also tried to google the issue but have found no answers. i also tried entering the 8 digit code above the film but it wont work. please help

Gorilla scratch resistant

If you have a deep scratch it has clearly been in contact with something that can damage the screen or it's coating. Things like sand are known to scratch screens on any brand of phone, even those with scratch resistant screens.

Generally scratches aren't covered by warranty but if you are certain it wasn't your fault I suggest you contact the retailer or Nokia directly in your country and discuss it with them.

You can get scratch kits for mobiles, but to be honest, the easiest way I've ever tried will probably be found in your bathroom...

Toothpaste! lol, it's a mild abrasive, so use it gently on the scratch, probably with a cotton bud thing or something similar.

It's not a miracle cure, but there aren't any. I've always used that and it's been great for me.

Just sent you a PM with details of a labelled scratch remover... I always use Toothpaste though lol
