Windows 10: Windows 10 screen continually flashing

Windows 10 PC is stable at start up, but starts flashing as soon as I log on.The system has an ASROCK A320M mobo, and a VGA monitor - no separate graphics cardWhat I have done - from installation USB:created a new admin account;run sfc from command prompt could not ..reseated RAM;disabled auto reboot;tried auto repair unsuccessfulstart in safe mode - screen just flashes more quickly.The task manager window does not flash.I'd really like to fix this without reinstalling windows and losing all the clients apps and files.

• Type sfc /scannow then press Enter

I have the flashing screen problem starting today but I don't have a problem with it last time. I disabled iCloud and everything else on start up but it did not work. I also disabled problem reports and solutions and also Windows error reporting
service as suggested by some uses but its still not working. Any ideas? Windows 10 sucks. Now I can't use my computer

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check as driver updates are also part of Windows updates.
