Windows 10: Windows 10 Screen Flicker, Even on Task Manager.

Hi, I'm dealing with a rather annoying issue. My windows 10 pro keeps flickering. After I googled the problem, it said to test if Task Manager flickered. So i alt ctrl del and observed, and yes, even task manger flickered. So from those results it would be the graphics drivers? I used DDU and removed the current drivers, in safe mode, and rebooted, and reinstalled the latest gfx drivers. The problem went away, for about 24hrs, but just came back.

Im using a GTX 1070 and a Acer Predator XB271HU, overclocked to 165hz.

Screen flickering in Windows 10 is usually caused by incompatible apps or display drivers. To determine whether an app or driver is causing the problem, check to see if Task Manager flickers. Then, based on that information, you'll need to either
uninstall the app or update the display driver.

Check to see if Task Manager flickers

Open Task Manager by pressing the Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys on the keyboard at the same time. If that doesn't work, right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of your screen and then select
Task Manager.

• If Task Manager doesn't flicker, an app is probably causing the problem.
  
• If Task Manager does flicker, a display driver is probably causing the problem.

OK I seemed to have progress, I followed these steps http://techdows.com/2015/08/fix-scre...indows-10.html and then restarted and so far its ok, but I'll keep everyone up to date on the going's on.

 

Ok, the problem is still persistent, and I've tried nearly everything I can find on google... do you think its a hardware issue?

Thats an example of the screen flickering. That distortion isnt on the lens of the iphone, thats what my screen is doing! what can i do?
