Windows 10: Windows 10 Screen Flickering after latest Windows Update - even in safe mode

Please help! I ran the Windows Update on my Dell Inspiron this morning.

I get the normal login screen, but the moment you log in, the screen flashes black

I have now restarted Windows in Safe mode with the same results

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
