Windows 10: Windows 10 Screen Freezes on multiple occasions

Already Performed the following


-Checked the Event viewer to check the error occurrence

-In the event viewer we viewed the alert Event 1000, Application Error

-Performed sfc /scannow

-Deleted the “temporary” files

-Checked the memory utilization Optimal

-Modify PCI express Link state power management


But still, the freezes continues

Screen freeze

I recently installed Windows 10 On several occasions when searching through Microsoft Edge/Bing and clicking on a page to read l find the screen freezes the only way to rectify is to turn the computer off completely

Any suggestions please

 

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

I had tried that as well... no result.

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.
