    Windows 10 screens flicker while idle


    Running Windows 10 with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 card.All drivers are updated and this happens while idling.Whenever working on something, or in a game, this is not an issue.Therefore, it seems to me that this issue, which I see all over the place with the same invalid answers, is a Windows issue.It is not a driver, hardware, or incompatible app issue.All diagnostics point to no hardware issues nor driver issues.Any other ideas, besides the usual ones listed below, are much appreciated."Screen flickering in Windows 10 is usually caused by a dis

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

    I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.


    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type msconfig

    • In msconfig > Boot tab >
      Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
