Windows 10: Windows 10- Search Bar & Taskbar automatically come up & down

So my new Dell laptop is having this problem.Whenever I am in chrome, working for something the windows search bar automatically come up and downand cause of this task bar does too.And this does not happen between a set interval of time at all but is happens completely randomly.While my search bar and taskbar are coming up and down, I can't even seem to open any apps.I use windows 10 dell laptop and I have just installed windows in this laptop.

This issue might occur if there is change in taskbar settings.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to show search bar in the taskbar and check if it helps.

1. Right click on Taskbar.

2. Then click on Search.

3. Select Search box from the list.

Please try the below and check if you can see search bar on taskbar:

Steps:

• Right click on Taskbar, move the mouse cursor on to
  Search option.
• Select Show Search icon (You will see Search icon beside Start)
• Select Show search bar (You will see Search bar beside Start)
