Windows 10: Windows 10 Search box crashes after 3 seconds after popping up.

After updating my windows 10 to version 22H2, whenever I try to search anything or even just opening the search box, it pops up for like 3 seconds, then it crashes. What I have tried to fix:1. Restarted the services 2. Deleted and Re built the Microsoft search service>3. Ended explorer.exe in task manager and started new one 4. Checked for new updates5. Restart and even full shutdown6. Did a system scan for corrupted files in cmd all didnt work. I have attached screenshot of what pop up before it crashes

• 
  Right click on the task bar.
  
• 
  Go to Cortana.
  
• 
  Click on show search box.
  

Now check if you are able to find search box.

First, thank you for the quick reply. So for your first question, I had done a fresh install of Windows, and everything was working well after doing a full Windows update, including the optional updates. The first issue I encountered was that whenever I tried to access the camera or tool that required the use of the camera, like Skype, my laptop would crash with a blue screen and then restarts, I was able to fix that by uninstalling the optional update HP HD webcam fixed driver. Later, that was when the issue with the search box started.

Second, from the methods you have suggested, I had already tried Method 1 and 2 as for method 3 the following happened.
