    Windows 10, Search for files where datemodified equals datetaken


    Hi, I have searched a lot for the answer, and tried numerous permutations, datemodified:=datetaken: etc., but have had no luck.

    What is the correct way to specify files that have not been modified; where the date modified is the same as the date taken, please?

    Windows 10 1809 - Search term "Datetaken:" no longer works

    In Windows 10 update 1809 the ability to search photos by using "Datetaken:" no longer works.

    This does work in Windows 10 1803.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Also date: datecreated: datetaken: datemodified: for example.

    Or you could use a free 3rd party tool with 'instant' search by name (not content), where everything's GUI based:
