  1. Windows 10 - second/later user login taskbar takes 5 mins to appear

    Been having an issue for ages with explorer not creating the taskbar on login. Its fine if the login is for the 1st user on the desktop. If you "switch user" to login with a different second or more user account, the taskbar takes ~5 mins to populate.Running procmon shows that explorer is taking 5 mins to access the Start Menu as belowAfter that delay, the taskbar populates and everything is normal again. This shows when it seems to clear up.Tried it with different users - the same thing happens no matter what the user is. Tried again after creating a new user account - get the same issue wi

    5 min delay on cold start between login screen and bg screen

    Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
    If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

    1. Disable superfetch service
      • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
      • Restart the computer
      • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
    2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

    Want to DELETE second User Account at login

    Hello, I'm using a Windows 10 PC and I am the only user. My administrator username is "John Doe".
    Recently when I start the PC, I get 2 options for user login-"John Doe", where I click to enter my password and a second option to use a PIN, both have EXACT name "John Doe". The first option asks for a Password- it does not accept any PW I've associated with the account. When selecting the second option, the PIN box appears. I am then able to get to my desktop screen.

    I want to do two things: 1) Delete the account that asks for the PW 2) Automatically login and go to my desktop screen. When I go to Control Panel user settings to delete it, there is only ONE account that shows. I've tried at least 6 solutions suggested, none have worked. Probably need step-by-step instructions. Thanks in advance.
