    Windows 10 Security Intelligence not updating, reports error 0x80070643


    Windows defender has stopped updating the virus definitions and the engine is reported as 'not available'. I have tried updating from the Windows Security screen and from the Windows Update Screen. From Update I get the error 0x80070643. Any help would be most welcome. I am a basic user level guy.Looking around there seem to be several possible causes of this. I have tried Windows Troubleshooter, no joy. I have tried running the update manually, no joy. Here is the log btw tried to remove definitions first but "no signature loaded":----------------------------------------------------------
