Windows 10: Windows 10 seems to have crashed my PC, it will not load and just ends up showing the...

Tried to do the disc repair option but it doesn't work and just ends up on the screen saver with the computer trying to load, at one point my son says he saw where memory was at 100% and I assume it just ran out of space, got some weird virus, or failed internal stuff. I am not tech savvy. It is a gaming PC and has worked great for about three years no signs of wear, mostly online gaming, recently downloaded the original Minecraft Java. Other than that no major recent changes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

In your first PC, you have mentioned that your disc drive is not recognized in File Explorer but is displayed in the Device Manager. This could occur if a drive letter is not assigned to the CD/DVD drive. I would suggest you to try assigning a drive letter
to the disc drive and then check if it is displayed in the File Explorer. Press Windows key + X, click on 'Disk management' and then check if the disk drive is listed. If it is listed without a drive letter, right click on the drive and select 'Change drive
letter and paths'. Click on 'Add' and then assign a drive letter that is not assigned for any other drives. Now, open File Explorer and check if the drive is listed.

In your second PC, you have mentioned that there is no sound. In this case, I would suggest you to try the steps suggested in this article and check:

Windows 10 Xbox app keeps crashing when friends list loads up.

My Xbox app is not working as it should. It keeps crashing every single time I open it. It does not crash as soon as it loads, it works for a bit then it just freezes up and crashes. There is nothing wrong with my PC and my PC is powerful. I feel like
the main root of the problem is when the friends list loads up but even when I change my friends list to friends only or anything It still crashes. I have tried everything from deleting the app in Windows Powershell and reinstalling it, Resetting the app through
the settings app, Using the Xbox App (Beta), I ran the troubleshooter, Even trying to switch the accounts doesn't work. I really do not feel like resetting my PC's data just because of a small bug. Hopefully there is an actual solution soon.
