  1. Windows 10 Service Host: Local Service (Network Restricted)

    Hello forum,
Hello guys I've had this issue that has really been getting on my nerves for the past couple of weeks now ever since upgrading to windows 10 from windows 7. For some odd reason at random times this Service Host: Local Service (Network Restricted) (6) will consume all of my HDD speed and crash my games, such as GTA V. Since this happens it uses all my HDD speed and really slows my pc down by so much.

Does anyone else have this issue, what have you done to fix/go around the issue. I'm am pretty frustrated right about now.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like (It's normal in this screenshot I cannot seem to get lucky and screenshot it when it eats up all my HDD speed.)
