    Windows 10 set time privilege violation


    I have a Windows 10 PRO running as a user and as can be seen in the attachment "Everyone" is granted permission to change the time yet I get a privilege violation.

    What do I do?

    dpc watchdog violation

    hp desktop running windows 10 after upgrade from 8.1. about 5 minutes after logging on to computer, screen freeze, blue screen, and restart. problem repeats each time I logon. standard user accounts don't have a problem on my computer. just admin privileged
    users have the problem. Standard user are ok. thinking it must be the admin settings, but haven't found a fix. the error on blue screen is "dpc watchdog violation. Problem was sporadic over the past couple of months but is constant now.
