Windows 10: Windows 10 settings and drivers haven't changed after reset and is causing problems

i recently reset my pc because i used ddu uninstaller which made my games stutter, my only request was that it will reinstall every driver and refresh it, but instead everything including drivers and settings remained the same, only the apps uninstalled, in case you guys were wondering, my sync settings option is turned OFF.I cannot keep using windows like this without another reset, I know my games will start stuttering again, but there's nothing I can currently do, so any support will be very helpful,thanks

Sound card amplification settings

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.

 

Problems with my Sony Vaio. I can´t unistall Windows 10 because I haven´t settings option.

Step 1: An outdated or incompatible keyboard driver can cause this problem.

If you recently upgraded to Windows 10, it's possible that the current driver was designed for a previous version of Windows.
