Windows 10: Windows 10 Settings App doesn't show 'Apps' icon

I have seen this problem with other W10 computers, but couldn't find anything in this forum.Several years ago, a client of mine upgraded from WIndows 7 to Windows 10. After the upgrade, the Settings application doesn't show the 'Apps' icon. However, if you know what specific item you want to find that would 'normally' be within the Apps settings, you can find them.Thanks.

Windows 10 - Notification Settings not showing Apps?

I appreciate the steps that you have done. I suggest you please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• 
  Type notification on the search bar and click on
  notification & action settings.
  
• 
  And click on select which icons appear on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Turn on show app notification separately for each app.

Not sure if anyone's seen this yet, but they have $.10 (yes, 10 cents) android apps on the Android Market to celebrate 10 BILLION downloads. So far I've picked up Tetris, Need for Speed Shift, SoundHound amd ADWLauncher EX. There were several other games that were listed, including ones too good for my phone *Frown

 

why is there a windows 10 app for netflix?

Yes, it's no longer the windows phone OS. It's just Windows 10. And yes, the app is perfect for the phone.
