  1. Windows 10 Settings Missing Items in System About Menu

Two identical desktop computers running Windows 10 Pro, Ver 20H2, Build 19042.685 produce different results when accessing <Settings> <System> <About>. One computer displays the following additional options which DO NOT appear hence, not accessible on the other computer.

“Support” and its related subtitles e.g., “Manufacture, “Website”

“Related settings” and its related subtitles e.g., “Bitlocker settings”; “Device Manager”; “Remote desktop”, System protection”; “Advanced system settings”; and “Rename this PC advanced”

The lack of consistency between identical Win 10 builds causes issues when trying to do remote troubleshooting involving identical computers having identical configurations. Does anyone have any idea what’s happening here?

    :)

Feature suggestions - move to proper menus, add Options window

    Suggestions:
    1) Remove main menus from top left menu (system menu) and move them to a standard Windows menu, at the top.
Leave the 6 system menu items (Restore --- Close) in system menu, move all the rest to that standard main menu. The main menu can be auto-hidable - pressing Alt key to invoke it or hide it, similar to the way IE11 menus and many Windows 10 built-in apps' menus work.

    2) And/or, add an Options menu or button, which would invoke a separate screen with GPU-Z Options, similar to how most Windows apps work.
Most Windows apps have a separate Options screen, which GPU-Z lacks - one should be added.

    Thanks in advance for listening!

To test, I set my "game" to display as a link, and sure enough.....

Just set it to not display.......

Might be just an old throw-back to when Win 7 had actual games, not the "Store" junk today...

You have it listed right under "SEPARATOR".

I checked my settings and it looks just like yours does. I changed to something else and it switched fine, when I switched back, it looked the same as my first screen shot.

The folder is empty, so I'm guessing I can change it to display something else. I know it used to have some actual games in it, but I don't recall what or how long ago.
