  1. Windows 10 Settings shows group policies are in effect when in reality they have been deleted

I have followed every website's guide to delete local group policies on my PC. I accidentally logged in with my domain's account but then I disconnected it and deleted all the group policies everywhere suggested such as regedit and gpedit.msc and ran "gpupdate /force /boot" and without "/boot" and still no luck. I keep getting the messages "Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization." even though I have done everything I could to delink it to the organization. I also used "rsop.msc" and it showed no group policies or domain in effect and same for "gpresult /H GPReport.html"

What else could I do to fix this issue that is so infuriating to fix.

I am running the absolute latest version of Windows 10 as of 3/20/2020

    :)
